We stayed in the villa Feb 28th, Mar 5th, 2005. We had a wonderful time in florida, the villa was a home away from home. It was so nice to stay in a home, not a hotel. The villa was clean, well kept, great beds. We had everything we needed on our visit. We will stay at your villa on our next visit.

Our family's visit was from March 6-27, 2005. We all enjoyed your villa so much, none of us wanted to leave. It was truly home away from home, and the upgraded beds were very comfy. The location is great for a quick ride to and from Disney. We enjoyed the fact that the back of the villa faced west so we could enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The covered cove on the patio was great too when it rained. We did have a little problem adjusting the heat in the pool/spa, but resort personnel responded quickly and it was fixed. We did install plug covers in most of the sockets for the curious little ones. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing a coffee pot that has automatic shutoff (we were all used to this feature on a coffee pot and neglected to turn it off a few times). We really loved the place and will return in the future. Thanks so much.

The following comment was written in our guest book in the villa from guests who stayed for one week in Feb 2005

Thanks for the use of your lovely villa. Great location for all of what Orlando has to offer. Enjoyed the use of the games room, especially the pool table. Listened to music while sunbathing on the pool deck taking advantage of CD Boombox and CD's provided. We had a couple of evenings in watching DVD's and was pleased with wide choice to watch. Had a most enjoyable evening BBQing on the pool deck. The villa had everything a holiday requires to be a great success and is well maintained. Hope to be able to do it all again.

Bob Stayed at the villa between 6th to 20th Feb 2005 with his family and wrote the following comments in our guest book and sent us an email also making positive comments about our villa.

Just want to say a great big thanks for allowing us the use of your villa. It had all the amenities of home and more. Our holiday was a great success. Being only minutes from anywhere was a great convenience for all. The games room got used a lot by our 12 and 8 yr olds and they loved the Playstation games. A TV in each room was a nice touch for the adults. Will tell all our friends what a great time we had. My wife and family cannot stop raving about the amentities in the villa and it was the first time we had ever come back from holiday with no washing to do. The kids are pool sharks and my son is driving me crazy to buy a pool table.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. It was spacious, well maintained and we particularly liked the location. I have a few constructive suggestions:

Please tell the guests clearly at the time of reservation that you will not replenish bath soap, provide dishwasher detergent etc. Not a big deal, I just went to the Walmart nearby and got all that. But if you inform earlier, guests will come better prepared.

Either it was due to the settings on the water heater or it was due to the heater capacity, the water heater couldn't provide hot water if more than 3-4 guests took a shower successively.

It will be an added feature if the clubhouse had high speed/wireless internet to which the guests can directly connect their laptop to. Many executives (especially in the USA) who vacation cannot afford to not keep in
touch with office matters. I think you can charge $5-$10 per day for this
feature.

Overall, we were very satisfied. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and definitely will attempt to rent the house again (if it is available) when we visit Kisimmee.

We receive the above email from guests after asking them for feedback so we can improve out villa. With regard to washing detergent and soap we always replenish the supplies when we go out to stay ourselves and lots of guests leave these items, but we take on board that we should inform guests that we do not provide these items as of right. As they say there are 2 very big Walmarts close by.

With regard to the heater we will be informting our MC to look at setting and test it out ourselves when we stay at the villa in Feb. As for the internet comment, we agree that this would be a great service to have at the Clubhouse, which already has a Cyber Cafe, and will be discussing it with our Home Owners Association at the next meeting.

we had a busy week in Orlando with all day meetings and conferences but one thing Ron, Tom and myself new that at the end of the day we were able to retire to the fantastic setting of your Villa and unwind. Thank you so much for your response to our request we hit the jackpot in booking your villa. We had a couple of cocktail gatherings and had colleagues from as far away as Switzerland and Germany they all requested your e-mail for future vacations to Orlando. We certainly will be talking again to reserve our family vacations my Kids are insisting that we book your Villa after seeing the pictures of the home and pool. I will be sure to log on and post a few comment in your guest book.

I was a bit nervous about renting from a private owner, and no longer. The Evans place is big, comfortable, clean, and fun. The heated pool, the tile floors, the TV with videos, lots of towels. A frig with a water filter. We had two families with four children and an infant between us and it was comfortable and spacious. It was great, I will recommend it to friends and hope to come down to this house again.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The villa was perfect for us all (6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant). We had fun using the heated pool first thing in the morning to kick-start the day and the jacuzzi in the evenings to soothe our aching limbs!

The villa is in a great location - just a few minutes drive from the local attractions and shops, and only 10 minutes from Disney.

Sue and Andy thought of everything! We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and it was such a blessing. We have four children (6,9,11,12) and they had a blast! The pool heat was a definate plus, even in Florida the water gets cold. We were able to swim at night after visiting the parks. We would definately return to Sue and Andy's villa for our next visit. It was wonderful. Terra Verde was a nice, quiet and secure place to stay. It was "Home away from Home". Thanks Sue and Andy.

Had a lovely time in this villa, a proper home from home and didn't want to go back home. Provided everything we needed for our party, even towels for swimming and hairdryers. Kitchen perfect for any cooking we did and there were plenty of utensils and crockery. Loved the pool and games room. Was there in October and didn't need heating in pool as weather so warm.
My son found the Cyber Cafe in the Clubhouse, very useful with catching up with his emails. The beds were extremly comfortable and the owners had obviously paid for upgraded mattresses.
In all a great time was had by all and we would certainly return to this villa and resort.

Glad your son was able to use the Cyber Cafe to check up on emails. This is a very useful service to guests wanting to keep in touch with a business.

Glad you noticed that we had upgraded the mattresses. We paid considerably more to get comfortable beds as there is nothing worse than not getting a good nights sleep on holiday.

we were 4 adults 2 kids ( 5yrs and 2 yrs old) - for 5 nights in early november; we all hope to go back...it was great.. 25 minute drive from airport...15 minute drive to disney...a variety of restaurants within 5 minute drive from the house( most deliver)....living conditions were exellent for 2 families...bring cd's for playing in the music box/ the kids have there own dvd players in each room....the pool is a perfect size for the kids....the garage has a pool table and fussball table for use....washer and dryer that we put to use...next time we will bring less luggage....the clubhouse has a small gym and a large pool , only 5 minute walk... definately stock the fridge/bar upon arrival... the VALUE of your trip to disney can not get much better than staying at this laid back villa residence .

We have left a reasonable amount of CD's at the villa but you can never cover all tastes so good idea to bring your own favourites.

We actually timed the drive to Disney Gate from Terra Verde gate as 9 mins when going via the Oceana Parkway Toll Road. Guests should have 75C for automatic toll in the car.

9/8/04 x 2 Weeks. It was our first visit to Orlando, Florida. The owners of the villa went out of their way with all the information they provided to us. eg.theme parks, places to visit, where to eat out and most importantly the best places to shop till you drop.
More than impressed with their villa, it has everything you could possibly imagine. If you have children there is a games room in the garage, Playstation and a great choice of DVD's.
I found the kitchen more interesting!!!More than enough crockery, so you can keep using the dishes and never run out before the dish washer is full. It has everything you could possibly need.
All the bedrooms are large with plenty of wardrobe space.
Sue and Andy asked me for any suggestions when returning to the UK, the only thing I could think of was a guest book, of which they had already thought of themselves.
We would give this villa a 5* and would definately return in the future. Thanks Sue and Andy x
