The Villa

Evans Villa is a fabulous four bedroom villa with two master suites. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. As this is our own home from home we have made every attempt to furnish and equip it to a very high standard and we trust you will feel at home for your vacation

	This is the view you will get as you step through the door. The delightful dining area is on the right leading through to the lounge area with the breakfast nook in the background.
The dining area provides the opportunity to relax around a family sized table and enjoy wonderful meals. We provide a 12 piece dinner and silverware set, so there will always be plenty even with some in the dishwasher!
	The lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the parks. With it's comfortable sofas and wide screen HD television and blu-ray dvd player it is ideal for relaxing.
Of course we provide all the entertainment you would need with the Bluray player and widescreen HD cable television along with an IPod docking station and CD player. There is a selection of films on DVD/Video, plus music CD's and wireless Internet access to check your emails.
	There is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and fridge freezer that has an ice maker in the door to ensure getting those ice cold drinks is easy.
You can grab breakfast in the nook area before heading out for the day!
	The master bedroom King suite is bright and comfortable with high quality linens, upgraded mattresses, ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD combo and of course an en-suite bathroom.
There is a second master suite too. Equally equipped with upgraded mattresses, ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD combo and en-suite bathroom
	For the young and young at heart alike, there is a Disney themed room which boasts a Playstation 2 (with games provided).and a cable TV/DVD combo unit.
The second twin completes the wonderful sleeping accommodation, once again with upgradded mattresses, linens and cable TV/DVD combo. Both twins share a bathroom.
	This illustrates one of the 3 bathrooms with large vanity mirrors, hairdryers and even a hair straightener - it makes travelling light knowing everything you will need is here.
Outside is the pool and spa. Illuminated, heated and ice blue - it is wonderfully enticing! Equipped with loungers, table and chairs it is surrounded by a lanai to keep the insects out.
	We have provided inflatables for the kids, and an Electric BBQ, plus Evansvilla has an extended deck.
Relax in the hot-tub/spa with an ice cold drink.
	Just when you think it can't get better - a games room! With billiard table and football table it finishes off the villa. We also provide two fishing rods if you want to spend a little time relaxing by the lake.
